Oranje Academy -
Professional Football Training for Kids
This is where grassroots football development starts.

Oranje Academy opens the door to football through movement, curiosity, and shared effort. Children train in an environment where mistakes aren’t seen as dead-ends, questions are encouraged, and progress comes from showing up and playing with intent.

Our Vision
We aim to develop strong, intelligent football players who can compete at higher levels, view football as a serious career pathway, and contribute steadily to improving the quality, depth, and respect for football in India through responsible Youth Sports Academy practices.

Our Mission
Every day at Oranje Academy, children step onto the pitch carrying different emotions, different abilities, and different levels of confidence, and the responsibility of the academy is to meet each of them where they are and guide them forward through football using a consistent Football Coaching Program.

History
-
The academy began with hands-on coaching and formal sports education, leading to its launch in 2016 with a small group of students focused on learning football the right way.
-
Over the years, training expanded across several centres in Mumbai, with structured programs, league participation, and age-group teams competing in the MFA Youth President League.
-
During the pandemic, training continued through online sessions, followed by a return to regular on-field preparation focused on fitness, league play, and steady player development programs.

-
The academy began in January 2016 with 23 students and grew within the same year to train over 200 children, showing steady trust from parents and players across age groups.
-
Training gradually expanded across five football turfs and four schools in Mumbai, supported by a coaching team that grew to more than 30 licensed coaches.
-
Over the years, the setup has matured into a stable training environment with defined programs and consistent routines that allow players to stay, grow, and progress season after season.

-
In 2018, the Under-14 team won the Adidas Uprising tournament and two players reached state-level selection, followed by a full return to organised league preparation in 2021.

Dutch Total Football
Football at Oranje Academy is taught with the belief that players should never be reduced to systems, drills, or fixed roles. Training is built around presence, awareness, and accountability, where players are encouraged to respond to the game in front of them rather than wait for instructions from the sidelines. This philosophy shapes coaches to guide rather than control, allowing children to make decisions, handle mistakes, and learn responsibility within a team environment through Professional Football Training.
Tournament Achievements
The club competes regularly in MFA YPL, fielding teams across Under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18 age groups. These youth football competitions run across full league seasons. The Under 14 Adidas Uprising win stands among documented football club achievements, alongside multiple age-group participations in recognised youth football tournaments in Mumbai.
